Hi, I'm Nikki.

I help empower adults to learn and implement effective tools to start taking control of their lives. I believe in therapy that is productive, approachable, and authentic.

So here’s a little bit about me so that you know that first and foremost I am a real human you can relate to.

I love all things adventure and fitness. I am huge into hiking (well, you probably already guessed that from this website). I enjoy nerdy fantasy books, especially with dragons and war, and strategy board games. A fun face abou tme is that I can ride a unicycle. A shameful fact about me (I am working on it) is that I don't water my plants...for sometimes weeks.

I am a working professional that understands the demands of balancing a busy career, social life, and the daily stressors of being a dog mom to a pup with some serious selective listening issues. I promise - she doesn’t get it from me.

I love sharing practical tools to help you communicate more effectively, get things done, and turn down the noise of overwhelm. In a room with me, you can expect to feel comfortable, understood, and challenged.
