Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Nikki. I’m a clinical social worker specializing in Adult ADHD, Anxiety-Related Disorders (including OCD), Trauma, and Psychological Evaluation. I offer grounded, evidence-based therapy that is practical, honest, and individualized. My goal is to help clients reduce overwhelm, increase regulation, and manage maladaptive patterns to build a sustainable way of functioning in daily life.
